Information for Tenants


  • Once you have located a property you would like to view please contact our office via email or by phoning during office hours.

  • We will have booked viewing times for each property or we will organise a time for a viewing.  We do not hand out keys to the properties.

  • Leave your full name & contact details if you wish to attend a viewing.

  • If you are unable to make a viewing or you change your mind once you have booked in please contact our office to remove your details.

  • You will be required to supply details for our Visitor Register at the inspection.

  • A copy of the full tenancy agreement & any Special Terms plus Tenancy Application Forms will be available during the inspection.

    • One Tenancy Application Form will need to be completed per occupant over the age of 18. Children are to be included on a Parent or Guardian’s Tenancy Application Form.
    • You will need to provide evidence of your income & ability to pay the rent eg Pay slip or if self employed, a letter of income verification from your Accountant, Centerlink documents, Scholarship documents
    • Provide & attach photocopies of documents required to meet 100 points of identification

  • Please ensure you have read & understood the General Tenancy Agreement, Terms & any Special Terms. A copy will be available at the inspection or in our office.

  • Please be aware we do not accept Bond Transfers.

  • Any Tenancy Application Form not fully completed or unsigned cannot be processed.


Every Tenancy Application Form is a high priority; we will make every effort to have an answer to you within 24-48 hours.

Processing Information Contained within your Tenancy Application Form

To verify the information supplied by you we will contact Tenancy Databases eg TICA. If you have had a problem with a previous Tenancy, please discuss the circumstances with us. We also contact your Employer/HR Manager, current & previous Agent/Lessor & personal referees.

If Application is not accepted

If your Application is not accepted by the Lessor, it will be retained for one (1) month & then destroyed securely to comply with Privacy Legislation.

If Application is accepted

If your Application is accepted by the Lessor, you are required to pay an amount equivalent to two (2) weeks rent &/or the full Bond amount & sign the General Tenancy Agreement within 24 hours of notification of acceptance subject to appointment availability with your Property Manager.

Deft payment systems options include: Internet, Phone, recurring payments at a cost of 85c per transaction, BPay 70c - Credit card payments are subject to merchant surcharges.
